This is a plain-language privacy policy. We are not lawyers and this is not a corporate boilerplate document. It says what we actually do.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us through the contact form, we receive your name, email, and message. We do not store contact form submissions beyond what arrives in our inbox.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we store your name, email, and the topics you subscribed to. That list lives on our server and is not shared with anyone.

What we do not collect

We do not use tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not use Facebook or Meta pixel. We use Tinylytics for basic site analytics — it is privacy-respecting and does not track individual visitors.

How we use your information

We use your order information to fulfill your order and send you a confirmation email. We use your email address to respond to your messages. We use your newsletter subscription to send you updates you asked for.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to fulfill your order (Stripe for payment, USPS for shipping).

Email

If you subscribed to our newsletter, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you’re off the list immediately. No hoops.

Cookies

We use session cookies for the shopping cart. They go away when you close your browser. No tracking cookies.
