Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping is included in the price — no surprises at checkout.
Orders ship on Tuesdays via USPS. The cutoff is Monday at midnight (12:00 AM ET). If you order after the cutoff, your order ships the following Tuesday.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Tracking information is provided when your order ships.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment, depending on your location. We can’t guarantee delivery dates — once it’s with USPS, it’s with USPS.
Returns
We stand behind what we make. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with the product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
We do not accept returns on undamaged products. Every item ships in good condition and is inspected before it goes out.
Monogrammed items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or we made an error on the monogram.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us. We’ll do what we can. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by USPS.
